Is this too much for a Turbo Engine?
It's a Mitsubishi 4g63 220HP
$1200$ + $275$ - $350$.

No, that is a good price. $1000->$1400. But remember if you are doing a swap additional stuff like tranny, ECU, wiring harness and axles come into the picture. Plus other miscellaneous items.
