I like the Magnaflow Universal Mufflers, they have about the best performance and sound on turbo applications, as far as having something hidden under the car.

A turbo will help quiet engine noise.
I'm just running a straight 3" pipe (read: no cat, no resonator, no nothing. Just a straight pipe from the downpipe to the muffer) to an Apex-i N-1 muffler and the sound is quite reasonable.
