Turbo Build Help
Yeah, it's on the right side. right above and in front of the radiator hose. My engines plug is stripped all to hell from the previous owner I would presume so instead I'm gonna take oil from the oil warning sensor. That's where I see a lot of people do it. I think it's either 1/4 or 1/8 NPT. I can't really recall at the moment. My mind leans more towards 1/4".

BE AWARE:
Hanging an adapter fitting with two senders on a little brass adapter that will be vibrating all over the place is a possible disaster waiting to happen. Either run a high pressure hose to a remote sender(s) location where they have a secure mounting, or else fab up some kind of a support bracket at the current location.

There would only be a single sender being T'd off of the feed line, and i would tee it off at the turbo, not the head. I can't imagine that it would be that bad, but I can see it if you had an aftermarket oil pressure sender on it as well.
the oil filter adapter keeps leaking. its not much but it still bothers me. maybie i just have a bad one, but i have tried everything to stop it. Using the head just seems like a better way to run it.
The manifold in my first setup is obx. The one for my next setup is a manifold i got off ebay. Its made by a company named E-Sales Race Distribution. It was only $140. It looks like a good manifold. It should up just as good if not better than the obx.

As for the Singh grooves. It looks like i could make a little extra power from it, but I dont know much about it. I dont know how it will affect the engine in the long run.

I find it weird that the bolt was stripped from a previous owner. There is pretty much no need at all to even touch that bolt unless you are trying to tap the head for oil.
I ordered my clutch and flywheel today. I went with the F1 racing 11lb flywheel and clutch masters stage 4 clutch. Im going to start pulling the old engine out, and putting the new engine together. laugh.gif
