If you need to ask that question, likely hood of it blowing up on you is greatly increased.

The g4cp and 4g63 are identical internally. Your profile says you have a 93 sonata gls, which is the v6 trim isn't it?

yes i have the GLS but with the 2.0 i4 drive-train . the only benefit i get from the gls is the interior trim

Never torn into a G4CP block, but i have torn down plenty of Beta's which are the G4GF, which are also very very similar to there relative 4G63T Mitsu... And i do Know that our beta series love the boost, it is like crack in a trailer park for them! FI you had any worries about blowing it up, i would say go for a turbo that is going to flow less Cfm's, You can talk to the Nissan guys and find a nice T-25 turbo. That would be a good start!

Don't worry, I'll get you that copy of "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell when I get back from Niverville.
