I have a 2nd 1st gen tib i bought off a friend who was parting ways with hyundai. It's been so far a project car in the garage, it has 200 000km on it, and I've been thinking of boosting it. I have the money for it but I dont know if its recommended to boost a high kilometer car like that?


Any feed back would be great postive/negative ..

Hey mang ... You said to leave whatever so i'm going to say something! .. LOL.. Back in the day i had a car with high KM on it, and i was told aslong as the car is in good machanical condition ( Runs goods, No smoke tongue.gif) then you should be good. Someone will correct me though .. Just throwing out my .03 cents .. Damn canadian taxes ..

 

it'll be fine, but I would definently hold off on any motor work. sure turbo it and have some fun, but when it does blow up it would suck to have just put all the time into internals.

then all you have to do is find a lower mileage beta 1 out of a 2001 or something and drop it in. laugh.gif (should be able to get one for < 500 easy)

 

Please do an Overhaulin before anything..... just to be sure....
