Default Tial 44mm wastegate. Is this diaphragm ok to use?

I took the top cover off to see what spring I had and noticed this. This is the first time I know of the cover being off. I bought the wastegate brand new and it's been on the car for about a year now. I just want to know if I should get a new cup assy. From the looks of it, it doesn't look like it would leak. dunno.gif help.gif

SO long as it is not leaking it should be fine. I was using a Deltagate and when I took the top off the diaphragm (weird word btw) was losse....so I used a little gasket maker, you know those high temp ones that are in what look like toothpaste bottles...anyway it was sealed just fine before that but i just wanted to make sure. so if you do have any leaks at all you could use that to patch it up in the future.
