Please don't buy that.
There is a VERY slight chance that will give you any gains at all.
Think about it, if it isn't running, then the fan is just one huge air restriction in your intake system.
Waste of money that would be better spent somewhere else.
And what do you think people will say when you mention "I have an electric supercharger". One word, RICE.
Buy a BBTB or a CAI.
