supercharger is kind of like a vaccum

it just sucks in more air,... thus making you faster

It goes between the engine and the throttle body

Price ranges is 2000 up

You can expect a gain anywhere from 40WHP to 80whp
It all depends on which supercharger you get and how good the tuning is

If you want more power you can always go with nitrous. A small 30 shot could give you double the power output due to the cooling effect

Like jaws said, it is yet another semi popular method of forced induction. Many prefer a turbo above the super because of the super's nasty reputation of paracitic engine drag. However, if you can take that, it should give you 50% more HP at the wheels on average.

Personally, i'd recommend you go turbo.
