Superchager/turbo question...

I have a 2000 Tiburon, w/ Cold Air Intake, A whole bunch of lights all over and under the car, question is would my "Toby" still be able to pull a supercharger (such as http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=33741), would it overload the engine? would my alternator be able to handle it?

OK, first if you're talking about an actual electric supercharger(Spiralmax/Tornado) off of ebay( I can't get on to ebay because I'm at work and they have it blocked)
READ THIS-Link to another thread about electric superchargers

If you're talking about an actual supercharger, I would say go to www.speed-factor.com and buy a Turbocharger from Tim.

My $.02

I dont see why it wouldnt, You dont have to worry about internals, but if it is electric then u might have to worry about the battary, but i doubt it.

I always wanted to hook up a second battary in the spare tire space, strictly for all the lighting i want to do...

That crap doesn't work, at least not with the efficiency of alternators nowadays. Maybe in a few years down the line when alternators get near perfect efficiency. Don't use Ebay for performance parts, 85% of the time its fake or crap.

You want real power? Speed-factor.com. End of story.

I'm gonna help ya out, man. But seriously try seaching around the site and you will find pretty much anything you need

www.Kspec.com
www.speed-factor.com
www.importshark.com
you could try www.sharkracing.com but alot of people on here have had problems with them including myself, but then again some people like them and still use them.

And no the electric superchargers do nothing but empty your wallet!
