nice to know that another manufacturer has failed the community.. Sorry to hear about your issues..

Now if you had a AEM FIC, I would have been able to help. I used that in my kit and freely provide any members/customers with the base maps. The SMT was too confusing for me and the Emanage was less than an optimal setup. With the AEM FIC showing up, it was the only piggyback that I thought made sense for the car.

I agree with David though, Dennis is the best chance you have with the SMT.

I am surprised though that there isn't just mapping on TOP of the stock maps that are easier to deal with, especially that it is wired in right.

Like, if you had a fuel vs. boost or RPM map, you just interpolate values throughout the range and test it out.

With my emanage in my own tiburon, the secondary fuel map would start adding fuel throughout the RPM range based on throttle position, rpm and boost. I think there were three main maps that I dealt with and were somewhat easy to play with.

SMT-6 is stil a nice option especially when you're running dual rails

they do come empty since they are universal

the only bad thing i could say about the FIC is when you're using 3x the stock injector size... a bit hard to get a 100% stock off boost tune

if he want to set up the sensors then it's only a matter of reading a little and use a little bit of logic

i did reply to him by e-mail a few weeks ago when he got in touch with me

BTW Faith

i stil lcheck the shop's e-mail almost dayly
