Just a lil update,
So,the motor fired up first try, had a few minor issues ,such as a gas leak, crankshaft sensor prob(uses an 03) and an hard to find relay problem.Since last saturday ,I have 850kms on the motor, and have only hit boost a couple of times(12.5psi).Ive been keeping my rpm's no higher than 3200 just to break her in easy.,my afr is tuned between 14.4/15 and ideling good(for no iac).
I still have some tuning to do,as I hav'nt been wot yet.I was hoping to get on the dyno sooner, but hopefully I'll be ready to dyno tune next wednesday..Meth kit installed and working fine,I'll post up new pics soon as I can. fing02.gif

Playin with his slicks. ,He has a spare set of fenders(upper left)so he can turn around at the end of the track.

I still have some wiring to tidy up when all done.

I'll get a vid @ the dyno next week.(as long as everything goes fine fing02.gif )

So...I had a nice 1200 kms on the rebuild and hit the dyno last night.Started at 11 psi and made 10 or so pulls making adjustments(pig rich),and averaging around 230 ish torque.Turned her up to 14 for 2 pulls around 270 ish, so .. we turned it up to 19 for a pull, and the tires broke traction on the dyno laugh.gif , it made the graph have a hole in it lol?, so we tightened down the straps fo another pull and soon as boost kicked in ,the Bully stage 3 clutch slipped and ended our fun. So,I should have bought a stage 4 in the first place, and when I got it out of the car toinight, there were spots that did'nt look completely broke in yet on the pads,I should have maybe broke her in a lil more but ,oh well... Bully was impressed that a hyundai slipped a stage 3 clutch(my buddy runs bully stage 4 on over 450 torque with no issues) ,I guess theyre only rated for 350, and at 301,would be like 340 ish to the flywheel(that 15% diff). Pulled out the stage 3 tonight and should have a stage 4 to go back in by the end of next week fing02.gif

still have a lot of tweaking, and havent even looked at the timing yet.
I don't wanna post in dyno wars cause this was a faulty pull...but a fun pull!
anyhoo, heres a vid of one of the 11 psi pulls

11 psi pull video(clicky)

and a broken, falling off graph(not accurate because I broke traction n obvoiusly needs tuning )

I had a few pulls with holes in the dyno like that. lol

How did the meth install go? I can't tell if you have the washer bottle still in place or if you removed it to fit that canister in there.

Meth is hooked up, used Half a container during the dyno session., I had it out the other day and a fake washer jug,and fake tubing (all held in with ties)was there so I could pass inspestion(need to be able to wash debris from winshield),then swapped back soon as A sticker was on,..And I had to temperilly install the old back seats and belts to get it passed as well lol.
I'll try to get a better video on the dyno next time as well, the camera sucks at night. The last race weekend at the local track is on the weekend of the 20th, I was hoping to go, but now I'll have an unbroken in clutch dammit!! mad.gif I'm a track newbee, there is about 4 of us newbs in a pack of 14 going down(who are track regulars),so I have a good crew to hang with and learn the ropes fing02.gif
