Denisst99, it went pretty easy,I had to bend the welded tab on the main mounting plate a lil to fit ,but no prob..The only way I could get the alt back there was to disconnect my coilover, pull down on the axel and hub to shove the alt in over the axel lol...I'll be sure to retighten the bolts and adjust the belt properly once she's back up and running. Sweet work on that kit Denisst99 ( I recommend this kit to anyone here going turbo!) ,my new downpipe is gonna be awesome!

Hey Regit, how you like your RSX seats compare to the racing seats you had before? Do they bolt-on on the stock brackets or did you make a custom bracket? I found couple of 04 RSX seats from base model any difference with the Type-S? Sorry too many questions lol

^^ I still have the racing seats,I swap seats during track days.,I have bars welded to the bottom of the rsx seats with holes in them to line up with the same bracket.....FYI, even with the rsx seats mounted as low as can be, they are about 3 to 4 inches higher than stock.,I'm short, but if your tall, you may hit your head.

So my turbo arrived Friday with a new center section and hotside, basically new again.I had to clock everything to get her to fit again, got some new hoses, fittings, piping all hooked up and made a new drain line.

Today,James and his welding skills arrived.

Cleaned up,treated with rust converter and high heat rust converter flat black, awaiting header wrap tomorrow

And I have to get a new fitting for the oil restrictor tomorrow, then should be near done.

You have always had one of my favorite tuburons. keep up the good work. Gotta love that altenator relocation kit from Altier HP. Now you got plenty of room for exhaust.

^ Thanks man!,and yes, more room!..From the belt to the back of the plug on the altenator is approx 6 1/2 inches,(which my old downpipe was pretty much up against it causing a sharp 90 from the hotside down). From this pic,you can see what I gained.Next will be an oil cooler

Had a new oil feed line made at Parsons hydraulics Today, and picked up my wrap.,I got her wraped and installed tonight but too tired to finish.I will finish her up tomorrow after work...
