Default quick question about "DSM" turbo setup

Ok..Ive decided to get a bunch of 1Gen DSM parts and build the manifold up so I can slap it on my 01' Tib by early summer. Ive already purchased the manifold, bov, 14b, and wastegate for under 200bucks (all are in great shape), but had some confusion to whether or not I need the stock DSM wastegate actuator (or is this replaced by a boost-controller?) and the DSM 02 sensor housing along with any other "vital" parts relating to the manifold to get my project up and running...thanks.

Yes, you need the wastegate acuator. It operates the wastegate. The wastegate's job is to control boost.

A BOV is only for pressure spikes when the throttle is closed.

If you can get the downpipe with o2 bung, it will save you the cost of making one, but I'm not sure it can be used on our motor. I don't know if it will line up with our stock exhaust location.
