Ok, here is the scoop, my buddy does tuning here in Denver for alot of people and he is going to help me with my turbo build project. He's seen how much of a pain our ECU's are to deal with and we both decided that Airbornes ECU, as cool of an idea as it is, just was not for us. Now, I'm in NO WAY trying to over run Airbornes idea or ECU. I think its a great alternative. Him and his shop worked their butts off to make it happen and it really is a great but alternative. But, we may be able to reproduce the same kind of idea, a plug and play ECU with base maps that will get you up and running, that will also be TUNABLE!

Now keep in mind, this is still IN THEORY, there is a lot to discuss and plan to make this happen, but, he is in direct contact with a representative from Perfect Power discussing the issues and possible solution.

What he needs right now is the engine trigger patters. There should be two, the ckp and cmp patterns. I've done a little searching and have not found anything. There also doesn't seem to be anything on Webtech either.

Thanks, I'll keep everyone posted as to how this goes. Like I said, its just in theory right now, but it could become a reality very quickly if all goes well. smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif

Whoops, sorry for the grammar!!! sad.gif laugh.gif Thats why I'm a musician! He' said he'll know more by Monday, so I'll post up again then.

I still need engine trigger patterns if someone has them.

UPDATE:

We have the trigger patterns, but now we need the tooth count on each trigger wheel, cam and crank. Whoever knows, please post up!!!

The ckp sensor uses a 60-2 setup I forget which teeth are used I will have to look that up I figured it out before. the cps is just for the stock ecu to locate where the intake cam is and that it hasnt jumped it dosnt effect timing. I will try to dig up the numbers.

If you're using a Perfect Power product, then why don't you use the global settings that everyone else has already entered in.
What product are you using? PRS, XMS, SMT?
