Default is this possible?

"
Beta 1 - 2.0 DOHC Turbo - GT3076R .82 a/r turbocharger ,Wiseco pistons, pauter rods, port and polished head /w valve job, +1mm ferrea valves, ferrea springs and ferrea titanium retainers, 60mm sfr tb, 9:1 compression, custom headers, 3" exhaust, no cat. , 1.8cam, unorthodox crank pulley, megasquirt pnp ecu , huge custom fmic, 750cc custom injectors, 475hp @ 23psi " and 385 hp @ 16psi

Posted on another site....Just that the numbers seem kinda high?, I mean yes the turbo is good for 500 ,valvs ,cams and all,but the #'s (to me any way)seem real high for the low psi?..

opinions?

Now that really depends on the dyno type and also their correction/smoothing number.

Regardless of what he claims I don't believe it until I see a vid of the car on the dyno real time. 475whp? on 23psi seems a bit optimistic. Anyhow, that means squat if he runs 13.5 at 140mph tongue.gif

They do seem a little high, I'd say 450 at 23psi is perfectly doable with all that engine work and a full standalone ECU along with the GT30. Really the key is the full standalone. smile.gif

If the numbers are real, they're at the crank, not whp.

Like I said I would believe closer to 450whp on a Dynojet. I did 397 at 20psi. Granted I'm running E85 and have an assload of timing advance, but nowhere near that built of a head.

Maybe I am too used to 91 octane #'s..I break 300 at 18 psi, on a pretty conservative tune..I Wish I could get some race fuel, and ferra valves and hit 500!?...The above setup was from greece,so I couldnt tell ya what they used for a dyno..and its in an elantra
