Oil In Compressor Housing

No I don't think that. If you put it in the spot Agarwal is suggesting you'll have even more problems.
Because of the turbo in your application being as low as it is, you have to use the pan. I suggest reworking your return line as it does look liek there is a slight upturn in the line causing the flow of oil to slow and "back-up" in the line and forcing it into the compressor housing.
Your only option other than reworking the line is setting up a pump to create pressure, I sure you know but there is no oil pressure after it leaves the bearing housing. It's all mother nature.

Ok so I removed the return line and cut it off about 1/2" to help the line be more straight then coming in on a curve.
I am still un easy about the return line though.you can notice in the pics above with the fitting onto the pan its just a tad bit higher then the line coming in. I have feeling that this is still no good.
I would just move the bung up about 1/4" more but that will only make the slope of the line and the oil pan fitting incline worst.
Will this be ok? Is there enough pressure coming out of the return side to help move the oil into the pan?
Or the only other option I may have is to move the return to the pan to the right. I would have to drill a hole where I marked in white and have Tube,Pipe, welded on the outside and then clamp the return line on it. This would allow me to get nice slope of the turbo and then straight into the pan. The line would only be 4-5 inches maybe. Or is the location of the return into the pan no good? Also where the white is marked I would prolly have Bend it out to try and flatten it about to give some more space because its curvy over on that side of the pan

the return line seems to be too low.. mine is about at that spot, and i was told it was too low.. in result from bad oil drainage, i blew out my exhaust seal instead of my compressor side seal, which results in oil leaking internally and burning and externally leaking onto the ground. i am un easy on tapping the block, so i am going to make sure next time that it is as high as possible because that seems to work for everyone, i have mine a little low and will be changing that with the the new turbo setup..
