new exhaust..

i got a mandrel 2.5 exhaust put on the other day.
anyway i got a coby center resonator + my Daytech racing muffler
well this baby is loud... specially around 3000rpm idels nice thou
what does every one else's sound like??? should i add another resonator?
my T3/4 dosn't seem to kick in till 4000rpm now but with the stock exhaust it would kick in at 3500rpm i always thought it would spool sooner? WTF?
any way any one got any tips for me?
tuning wise/etc wastegate adjustments
i think my cv joint is on the way out i hear a bit of clicking sometimes down there any1 got a spare for cheap?

hehehe, nice, how big is the resonator?? 2.5 as well?? If not that could cause the higher spool rpm due to more back pressure. :?:
Still, going from 2inch crush to 2.5inch mandrel is going to make him run less backpressure than on a stock exhaust. You describe the exhaust being loud and turbo time being sluggish. Check for exhaust leaks... exhaust leaks would cause sluggish boost... a malfunctioning wastegate would cause an exhaust leak around the turbo.. check that as well. Check your backpressure anyway if you want, shouldn't be more than 2 PSI.

No there are no exhaust leaks, i have checked throughly,lol inspected every weld etc, the resonator is 2.5,
The car definetly goes harder now than before, i was just saying that i thought it would spool sooner than later, not anyslower....
It seems as if i've lost a bit of torque in 1st, maby im just playing tricks on myself, well i went for a bit of a drive and got used to the sound im still deciding if i want it quiter tho or just make it sound like a monster.. i sort of like it
Oh and yep its a custom 2.5 mandrel exhaust ill get a pic up soon.
