Hi guys,

I need a base map just to get my car to the dyno for tuning. I have 359cc injectors with around 10psi of boost from the supercharger. My idle is completely messed up, I think my timing is out but I just need to get to the garage so they can fix everything. Does anyone have a base map running a supercharger or turbo with the same sized injectors on an SMT-6?

Screen shot or file either one will do.

Your help is appreciated. smile.gif

I don't have my map on this pc anymore. but....

found it!

I'm on 440cc injectors, 10-12 psi on that map... not sure.
no 02 sensors so it's in limp mode.
pulled like no tomorrow. fing02.gif

being sc and all I'm not sure what you'd need. The best thing is get a value that lets you idle then fill the whole sheet in. -10 just might be the ticket. Probably end up being closer to -5 though.

Hi thanks for the base map supercow that worked fine for now, I managed to get the car rolling and tuned it further using my wideband and the wife to help me!!

I will be getting the car dyno tuned tomorrow.

I have a major problem with my cold start....the car keeps fluctuating and just cuts off. No leaks but my tps does not read 100% open when I press the accelerator pedal fully down and it gets worse when I connect my Idle control valve.

I am running analog MAP sensor...because I have a MAP based car

I will post up a complete map tomorrow to help all those in need.

Hi guys, thanks for the response.

I have attached the wiring diagram that I have made using Jay's template for the OBD 1 hyundai. This is how my SMT is hooked up to my car. I think we can sticky this diagram in the SMT thread.

My global settings are

Cylinders 4
Teeth per turn 60
Teeth per firing 30
Modes 1

System Config
Positive input pol ON
Positive output pol ON
Low level input ON
High frequency OFF
Interlaced OFF
One missing tooth OFF
Lambda input OFF

I took it to the tuning shop today and the car is making 201 whp and 190lbs of torque with the mods in my signature.

I will do a full write up on my car....I am chuffed smile.gif ......but the guy couldn't tune it properly because he had problems communicating with the smt.

I really need to get this cold start and idle problem sorted because the car stalls when I get to the traffic lights if it is cold.
