not sure, but you can make PLENTY of power with a log manifold, just not as efficient..
brian was making 264hp @ 12psi on a super 60. not sure where he went to, but haven't seen him post in a while.
he had a treadstone manifold by the way.
srt-4s log turbofolds are a pretty dumb looking design, but people push numbers upwards of 400 using that manifold and the TINY exhaust side thats 'cast in'
