Maf To Map Conversion

hey guys,
I have been waiting for some time on my SFR ecu. I also ordered a 2.5 bar map sensor to go with it. I just dont know how to wire it all up from my stock Maf sensor. What i want to do it is disable the vvt, and from what Jay has told me, Converting to a Map will disable it.
I have a 2004 cvvt betall I4. If you guys want ill post some pics after i give her a wash. Before anyone asks, Yes she is boosted.... LOL
Anyone have like a wiring diagram??
