Default Low impedence injector help

I read in a topic on here that people have used inline 10watt 10k ohm resistors on each power wire of each injector.

This is supposed to be a substitute for a resistor box to use low impedance injectors with out burning up your computer.

what im worried about is that im not sure which wire is the power wire and what type of resistor is going to be sufficient.

please any info would be great.

Injector power wires are all the same color. The grounds are the different colors.

Question for ya? Why are you wanting to use low impedence injectors?

it will work but the dead time and low rpm accuracy will be on the bad side

the larger you go the badder it will idle

the real solution is a low impedence driver box a few place sells it online, but it's in the 200$+ range

what size are they

might be easier to resell them and order the good ones

i thought those 83 lb injectors were a bit big for most high imp injectors.. bummer though.

ive heard of people doing the resistor dealio but never about how well it works. with 83 lb injectors, you will probably have a hell of a time idling and low rpm drivability anyway.

why such a HUGE injector anyway? why not go for something around 65lb or so?

12-14psi with e85, more or less not trying to hit a power goal but to see what it will do at 12 psi on e85.

650cc should work well then. would be comparable to around a a 43-44lb injector on regular gas. should have a bit of wiggle room also with a 650cc injector (for more boost), but it shouldn't be to big of an injector to give you issues with idle/low load conditions.

and if you ever got close to maxxing out the 650cc, you could bump up the fuel pressure a few lbs.
