there is an HKS V3 out right now that even HKS can't tell the difference externally. I'll have to find the link from their site, but basically they say the only real way to know is if you buy direct from an HKS dealer..

I bought a v-band 44mm Tial wastegate for the Z and it worked great. I'm thinking about swapping it over to the Tib even though it has a genuine Tial 38mm.
