Indeed now is the time for 5 speed for sure. I feel your pain. My auto just destroyed itself again, 4th or 5th time in 2 years of ownership and he's bone stock.

I've seen auto tragic cars grenade diffs on the dyno because of an upshift or downshift in the middle of a run. Puts A LOT of shock on the entire drivetrain when that happens under full load.

Wavetrac might be something to look into as well (assuming you go 5 speed). I don't know how much you guys have done with wavetrac, but a few guys over on EvoM have had success with them so far. I'll try and find their threads.

Quaife has the lifetime warranty though.

here are the pictures you cant tell much but i just found out that the shop that rebuilt it is going to fix it for free, and once they do im going to sell it cheap so i can do manual swap.

Looks like driveline shock to me. That's usually what grenades the spider gears on a dyno.
