from what most of you might expect this post to say,
while dynoing today my differential went through the back of the tranny.
being an auto i assumed that the tourqe converter would slip a crap ton)
but the motor running strong and tune great as ever still ran.
But tires no moveyyyy.

Y'know, I think I'd probably cry a little, in between floggings.

And snap on the first person that had the gumption to say anything about hyundais.

Ouch man. If you'd blown it earlier I could've hooked you up with my entire auto-manual swap, including trans. I'm sorry to hear about it!

sorry to hear that. it definitely is time for a 5 speed swap. no doubt about it. it'll make it more fun anyway.

Auto turbo'd(non-factory) cars don't feel right to me for some reason. To me it feels like boosting a chevy cavalier or dodge neon, which I mean, if you are mexican it might be okay, but meh. Torque converters kinda suck power(the whole point).

Quaife.

People are grenading diffs all the time now. Only a Quaife will keep you from doing that. You'll last quite a while if you're under 300whp though.
