OEM is before the MAF, just to help you out.

my IAT is pre turbo and after MAF, but i dont think it matters if its before or after MAF, it just measures the temp. which would be the same before and after the MAF, if they were both before or after turbo..

well not EXACT same, but similar.

pre turbo works fine, and much easier to mount, just dril la hole in the inlet pipe ,and use the stock sensor and grommet

^^ If you put it pre-turbo, then it's not getting the actual intake air temp right?

tru, but its getting about the same temp that it got before you turbocharged the car, so there is less chances of it getting all funky anyways.. fing02.gif

It wont be EXACTLY the same, but it would actually yield a slightly cooler reading pre turbo since even after the intercooler the air is going to be slightly hotter, so it would work in your favor, but nothing significant anyway

^^^ right on, and i run all my stuff pre-turbo also, so none of the sensors are seeing pressure, because they aren't meant for seeing any kind of positive pressure..
