I got my gsx pump really cheap. You need to watch, apparently it's common practice to over voltage them for a temporary fix...
and since smt-6's have no moving parts, you shouldn't have to worry too much about wear.
edit: if you can get the smt-6 for less that 300 you got a good deal... go for it!

Supercow, WHat type of fuel system do you have with your setup. I'm thinking a single rail would be alot cheaper and not overkill for my setup. Thanks for the help from both you and Alex.

He's running an SMT-6 with a single rail and he's happy with it, i believe he may have the atlier turbo box which helps keep the ECU from fighting back by pushing the car into open loop whenever you want.
But, he still had to do all the trim stuff to get it to run like stock, i just slapped it on and i can still drive it like it was 100% stock off boost.
The way i seen it, it was a small price to pay for a large convenience and one less headache.
You just need to decide which route you want to take.

Money is my major issue. The cheapest way is not always the best though. So Im just trying to decide which way would be cheaper, even though it isnt the easiest, but still reliable. How much does the dual fuel rail setup cost compared to supercow's meethod ?

Well, the complete dual rail kit costs about $530, which includes every fitting you will need to do the work right.
T4turbotibuon sells them for like 300 or so i think, but i personally liked denis's better, its a personal choice, research them both.
Regardless, in the tuning world, $530 to be able to use ANY size or brand injector you want with no driveability issues and no off boost tuning is a great deal.
But is it in your budget?
You can use the spacer kit plus 4 stock injectors to achieve the equivelant of 500cc injectors. stockers should be dirt cheap/free.
Single rail would force you to buy some bigger injectors, but you should only go up to 500cc injectors to maintain drivability and ecu compliance. 500cc injectors will run you about 200-250 bux, unless you already have them
If you already have purchased injectors you should go single rail until you can afford a dual rail.
but if you have yet to purchase injectors your only talking about a 250 dollar diff, and if you purchase a turbo box from denis your talking about an even smaller diff in price between single rail and dual

how does the fifth injector setup work? Could this be a possible route? I was thinking about using either ford green tops or 290cc injectors off a new tiburon. I've heard srt4 injectors also fit well. But how is off boost tuning with the smt-6 and bigger injectors ?? Thanks for the help guys/
