Default IHI Turbine

I have an IHI turbine that I bought awhile ago from dave(skierd007). The answer I get is that it is off the 2.2L legacy or 2.2L impreza. The spec number is vf28507 and the serial number is RHB5 19314. My question is how much hp would you expect from such turbine? I remember awhile back Decker saying something about expect anywhere from 230-250whp, but since it has an internal wastegaste and the fact that it is an oem turbine, my guess is the max. maybe 8 psi without a port and clamp of the wastegate. Anyone have any opinions or comments to add?

here is a flow map for several ihi turbos. the rh5 is on there. if you haven't read maximum boost, read it and then calculate the flow you need. if you have read it, then you know what to do. wink

RH5 is a....IHI VF22. good til about 350 hp max. a little more lag than 3.5krpm on our rex's with a vf22 turbo upgrade. I dunno what a RHB5 is but I am guessing its more of a RH5. I used to run a VF23 which was a ball bearing version of it. Its not bad, very potent with less lag than a VF30.
