I need Alpine Turbo install instructions.

I bought a used kit and it doesn't have instructions.

If some one could copy them and mail them to me I would be ver happy. I have asked Alpine 4 times and they say they are sending them......

Open hood
install turbo
close hood lol.gif

Seriously dude, it's a long complicated process. I can give you the basics though.

Raise hood
Jack up car, put up on jack stands
Remove stock intake manifold/1st cat
Remove front bumper (going to be easier without this on the car.)
remove intake system
Install turbocharger manifold and turbo.
Install charge piping to intercooler
install intercooler
remove Injectors/Fuel rail
Remove intake manifold
Remove head
Install decompression plate
Re-install head
re-install intake manifold
re-install fuel rail/injectors
install charge piping to throttle body
re-install front bumper
Close hood.

Now the fun stuff starts. Wiring in the unichip and the 5th injector!
I've got the wiring diagrams around somewhere. Drop me an email and I'll send them to you.

Thanks for the GREAT and HELPFULL replies guys. I should expect no less from the top guys on this site.

Seriously, I need the actual instructions. I know where everything goes but have some questions.

I am not using the decomp plate, unichip or fifth injector

I already emailed alpine for instructions 4 times....... They tell me they are mailing me instructions every time. I still have not recieved any months later

In place of the fifth injector and unichip, I am using rc engineering 440cc injectors, Walbro fuel pump, and safc (all already installed)

I need to know how to hook up the lines to the FPR and how to run the oil return line. I got the kit used and am not sure what I DON'T have.

I like to read instructions multiple times before I do something, especially some thing like this.

I don't see how I am going about this in the complete oppisite way. I emailed alpine and everyone I could find that has an alpine.

No one seems to have the instructions. I though I would ask here. While randoms post vaugly explains a turbo install, I need specific info so I know exactly what I am doing before I start. I do not want to get half way into the install and realize I don't know how to do some thing.

Any one that has them Please help

Well man, they probably DID email them to you but your email account sent it off as spam. Have them email it to ME or someone else for you. Got a Gmail account?

Install Alpine RRFPR on firewall
re-install intake manifold
re-install fuel rail/injectors
connect fuel rail to new RRFPR and RRFPR to return line
