Default Help with connecting boost Gauge

Hello all,

I have just finished doing some work on my 2K1 Accent GL(put turbo in) and need to know where in the world do I hook up the boost gauge????? I have tried to T it into the compressor housing with no pressure reading. And also tried the small vacuum line inbetween the intake and the valve cover also got no results. I'm afraid to tach the engine to high, worried about over boosting the engine. I had it to atleast 4k RPM. This should be high enough don't you think? Well that's enough questions for this post smile.gif <VBG>.

Thanks in advance for your help

t in between the manifold and FPR.

if you dont have that..hmm..

drill a hole tongue.gif j/k

besdies it does not matter what the compressor pressure is, you wanna see the amount of pressure actually getting into the manifold, cause intercooler and such can cause pressure drops.

Yes "t" into the vacuum line in the intake mainfold. The one in the back of the intake manifold.
