You need to put a gasket above and below the spacer. That is why your oil and coolant are mixing. The spacer alone is insufficent to seal.

The boost should be adjustable via the wastegage, You can turn the boost up or down by adjusting the wastegate.

Fran-

Not 2 gaskets above and below the spacer, 2 gaskets total. One above and One below.

2 Uniq-
The Apline kit is actually good to about 15-18 PSI, but 18 is really pushing the little turbo. The stock internals are good to about 250 WHP, and 12 PSI should not reach that. Well...at the 250 WHP the pistons become the weak point. The rods are good to about 300, but since you are replacing the pistions, it only makes sense to replace the rods.

Oh! When you told me that the stock internals would only withstand 250hp you meant 250hp at the wheels then right? So about 275ish crank hp?

Crank HP is irelevant unless you are going to yank your motor and put it on an engine dyno. Just use Wheel HP figures.

well, since we are talking about the stock internals, which I guess this is relavant? What is the autotragic good up to?

The stock autotragic lasts through 65 shots of Nitrous, but the only person I know with a 75 shot an the Autotragic killed the tranny...so I would put it at about 160 to 180 to the wheels is all the stock autotragic is good for. Cheuk at Fxtreme would be the better one to answer that question, as he has more hands on tuning experience with Tibbies in Korea.
