well tial makes the best wastegates no arguemnt to argue about and id be damn if there bovs werent good, my freind ran one on his 700hp eclispe, never had a problem, not to mention the nice whip sound (;

Really? So, no matter what comes out, Tial perfected the wastegate? Synapse came out with their new design a few years ago and it's pretty damn ingenious. Tial is old technology and refuses to redesign. Just because Holley (or whoever) makes the best carburator, doesn't mean you shouldn't drop them and switch to fuel injection. The Synapse doesn't use a diaphram which is known to tear and deteriorate due to heat.

I have a Tial 44mm and it already pissed me off having different size v-bands on the in/out. Synapse has the same size, so you don't have to hunt down 2 sizes, which caused me headaches.
