I'd say if you have enough cash then anything is possible. But you have to ask yourself what you want to do with your car. An all out drag accent with a V6 motor is cool and probably goes really fast. Practical? Not in the least. With enough cash why not buy a wrecked Genesis and swap in the RWD drivetrain into an Accent body? Practical? No, but would be a helluva lot of fun!!
