I can get your head p&p for 500...

If you are going for big boost use the mustang 70mm TB

And I will have a Hunning machine to use before long and I would do your IM if you want...take about 1/6 out of the inside of the IM and makes the inside like chrome.

$500 is crazy for a P&P, like 2X too much.

As for the 63MM BBTB, let me guess, the black System GTR TB from SHark Racing?

Good luck.

ummm.. maybe 1/16" not 1/6"..... and you mean polished.. not chrome bling blang..

be ready to fork out your left, and part of your right nut for all that work, and all those parts.. gonna cost about 2000$ at least..

and come on, a 1.8L cam with all that money sunk into it.. ur joking right.. find someone to regrind your stockers or get custom boost cams..

are you making an all out, stripped down race car? if not, dont bother with the valves and springs..

A 70MM TB isn't needed, and definately has nothing to do with the HEAD.

Also, from what I'VE SEEN, modifying the Mustang TB's pulleys to use our throttle cables and such is a PITA. I haven't seen it actually done once.

Also, WTF is a Hunning machine?

Honing machine?
