well, i never came across a defect new whinebro pump yet..
so far, they all seam quiet for the first months after that they make more noise
the earliest defect one had around 1 year of beating on it

Well I switched the lines around and replaced my fuel filter and the car started right up. Now I just got to find a way to get her out of the garage and all shall be good. Thanks for the help everyone.
