Hey guys!
A few guys in the past 6 months have asked me to take pics of my SFR 3 inch exhaust custom made for my 1997 Tiburon..
The quality and workmanship of the SS exhaust is TOP NOTCH and have no compalints at all.I have had it for about 6 months and got lazy not to install this baby but will do so next year in early summer.
The exhaust is made by System upgrade.
I also have a Turbo kit from SFR from System which i will also install next year but will take pics later
Here are some pics of the exhaust

Looks nice. Not sure if I would spend the money on it or not. I had my 2.5 inch intercooler piping and 3 inch turbo to axle back exhaust done for like 550. I dont remember what these cost. It should be noted somewhere around here.

looks good rob, how much did it set you back..

its not an apexi copy, its just another underaxle exhaust. the apexi has different bends.. i have a DIRECT apexi copy on my car.

i would have gotten a nice $$$ exhaust like that, but i got my WHOLE exhaust (turbo flange to muffler, all mandrel bends) for 250$ shipped, so i cant complain.

nice thanks for the pics!!!

fellas, this is a "special order" exhaust that SFR got made for 2UNIQ since they make a 3" exhaust for the GK's. I think it was around $850 including shipping

i knew this was a custom deal from SFR, but i didn't know it cost that much. i sure hope not..

a stainless steel catback, with a straight thru muffler is not worth anything CLOSE to 850$. shit, a stainless steel (super high grade) exhaust system with a REAL muffler, AND a resonator isn't even worth close to that much money..

its like 6' or so of piping and a fart cannon..

don't get me wrong, i am SURE its nice, and will flow well, and last a super long time, but thats a crapload of wasted money.

It's only a waste of money if he doesn't like it.

One off parts are expensive, and it just makes the car that much nicer and more original.

Anyone can throw together some mass-produced parts and call their car "custom" or whatever, but one off and very rare parts are what really make it stand out.

Honestly around here a custom exhaust with crush bends is going to cost about $400 or so including the muffler, and that is with shitty galvanized steel, I would pay $850 if I didn't have much else I needed to buy.

Not to jab at your comment or anything, everyone has their opinion, but I just felt I should state mine.

Looks great by the way (except the slight ding in the can)???
