I have a motor that can spin 40,000rpm that consumes 9A. But think about how much 40 A is... I have problems drawing 40 A for my sterio system. I have a capacitor compensating. If you put 40A draw on your car at all times it will ruin your battery and then your alternator!
These things work using a fan. They just spin a fan into your motor. I noticed this one has a BOV on it. That's quite rediculous, being that it's a fan, it will never use a BOV. A fan naturally ceases at a certain pressure and air gets through the cracks. It's not a rix compressor like in a supercharger setup.

^^ no, there is no button included. It also takes time for the impeller to wind up, It will take AT LEAST a seccond.
