Just an update. Running fine now...with the bigger injectors it was running rich but now we tuned the idle map and it purrs like a cat. Going to make some more runs on the dyno to tune the rest of the maps thur and fri. fing02.gif

General question: You reprogramming any ole ECU or just ECUs coming from RD2s? As in, would a Rev A 2.0 ECU work as well as a Rev B 1.8 ECU for this application?

She runs perfect...so put away your piggy backs! I will start a write up tomorrow with some dyno sheets. Also right now I'm only running 4 pounds with idle tunning and mid throttle tunning. When I break in the turbo I will take it in to finish the rest up. Supadupa give me a call.

 

yeah man im getting excited......still wating for my decompression gasket fron Seoulfull racing......as soon as i get it my motor is going back together and ill be down.......im actually switching my ecu to the 16bit map ecu i got from tibbmin do you think it will work on that?

 

What sort of cost do you think we'll be up for?
What about us guys with MAP, will that matter to what you're doing?
