Subscribed to to this thread. Cool build that I'll want to follow one day if I ever get an Accent ;)

I'm curious about the push conversion. Are they still made? What bearing does it use?

Accent goals like you wont believe. Man I want to do this to my car so bad. How much money do you think you have spent so far on everything?

Juanra 11-16-2017 03:23 PM

Oh another question, how did you do your rear disk conversion.

faithofadragon 11-16-2017 03:28 PM

the push conversion is entirely OEM parts.

i believe jongtr posted the part numbers somewhere.

You can still purchase the push clutch conversion from AtelierHP. It was around $150 USD when I bought it.

As for the rear disk swap, it's all oem parts as the MC Accent did have a rear disk option. I'll post up pictures and parts of what is needed.

Thanks! I would love to see pictures!

Since I'm going to be running primarily e85 and using MS3x, figured I'd take advantage of the flex fuel capabilities of the ecu. Mounted the Aeromotive A1000 FPR as well as running the fuel lines.

Looks awesome man! Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

Saw you are using Bosch 1000 injectors. I used Bosch 1000s for a while and although they worked well in boost, they were a pain in the ass to fine tune them. If you have any daily driver desires in the future of this car, the only thing I'd recommend you upgrade are the injectors. I switched from Bosch to Injector Dynamics and it was night and day difference! They are pricey, but WELL worth the money, hands down one of the best upgrades I did to my fueling.

I had these same injectors in my boosted RD setup and didn't seem to have any issues when I was just cruising around town. I will definitely look into the ID injectors though and see what I can get my hands on.
