Actually Gude makes a performance Head and cam setup for our 2.0L Betas I wrote them an email a long time ago and they said they made one for us. Not sure on cost but they said they did. You might want to drop them an email and find out the cost and what it all comes with.

Here is the site

Subject: Tiburon Kits...

I see you've got some kits out for the Tiburons, but it's all 3rd Generation stuff, 2003- up.

Now, The I4 on the 2003 and up is the Beta 2, and very similar to the Beta 1, on the 1996-2001 Tiburons. The main difference being the ECU and the 1 & 2nd Gens have MAF's, with the one you have pictured having a MAP sensor.

We'd like to get a good turbo kit for our Tiburons also, and as the actual FITTING of almost everything in your kit will be identical, do you think you can look into it for us?

What can you tell me about the Engine Management you use for this kit? How much does this kit cost?

Lastly, where are you located? If interested, I can get someone to bring a BETA 1 Tiburon by your location so we can see what would need to be modified to have them fit. The differences are very minimal.

Thanks for your time.

And I was showing you an example of trying to get info out of them.

They are assholes.

No pricing on the site, no nothing.

Extrude hone is the way to go. I LOVE their magical silly putty. Great stuff, by varying the speed at which it flows through the passages, they can remove material from the head, but not ruin your velocity.

BTW.. tidbit. The polymer that is Sillyputty is neither a liquid or a solid, but has the properties of both. It feels like a solid, but flows like water when under pressure. It is the prefect medium for a grinding solution.
