Balistic turbo kit
I saw the ad in HP.COM about them selling turbo kits for hyundai and it comes with stage 1 and 2. Does anybody know how much gain you get for stage 1 and 2.

The stage 1 is rated at 250HP (flywheel HP) and the stage 2 is rated at 300HP (flywheel HP) - these are tested and proven results, which Ballistic will release in the form of an .mpg or .avi clip shortly.
There is no difference in boost capabilities of either kit and both have replacement pistons, rings, bearing shells, etc

Each kits are priced on the HP.COM site and there is a small difference between the 18.L and 2.0L - only the tuning.
All the components will fit perfectly and the pistons, slutch etc will work 100% as the crank governs the stroke with the 1.8L engine not the rods.
We do not have any 1.8L tiburons in S.A so we cannot do any tuning from our side for this application, but the 2.0L map will run the 1.8L perfectly, just a little rich from midway to the higher RPM ranges. That can be sorted out with a small adjustment but we will have to work with you to make this adjustment (email new files to you to D/load into the Motec unit each time.)
