Erik-

The Accent is a much smaller motor, so 440cc injectors should be good for more boost vs the larger tiburon motor. They would be good for the same HP rating thought.(smaller motor needs more boost to make HP of larger motor). The 440cc injectors are good for 225 HP a 45 PSI of Fuel Pressure, or 250 HP at 65 PSI of Fuel Pressure.

Check out RC Engineerings website for more that you ever wanted to know about injectors. http://www.rceng.com/

First of all would it be a good idea to keep the ZEX Kit and spray it to my intercooler before a race or just disconnect it?
Also since im going to change my exhaust system i was wondering if a 3 inch piping is to large for my set -up.
Since the Turbo already creates backpressure would 3 inch piping with a resenator be fine or 2.75 would be more benefical. Thanks!!

As long as you keep it under 10 PSI, 2.75 should be just fine.

No, Spraying nitrous into your intercooler would be DAMN EXPENSIVE. (I'm assuming you mean to "cool" the intercooler externally).
You would be better off you get out of your car, and quickly spray down the intercooler with a water "mister" then get back in. I've tried this and it works DAMN well. I also soak the "heat wrap" around the intercooler piping down with water. The difference between the "wet" runs and the "dry" runs was about .3 seconds at 3000 feet. In a couple of weeks, i'll see what kind of difference my new "water cooled" setup makes.
