1. what have you guys done for the vent coming off of the valve cover that normally runs into the elbow? just venting it out?

Use the Catch Can DIY in the DIY section. There was some talk that that line needed some bit of a vacuum but you should be okay without it. With Agarwal's idea you'll have a little bit of oil leaking which will dirty the breather.

Also, a word to the wise...since you're limited on the amount of boost you use on your FMU (you're still running on your stock injectors), I wouldn't see the FMU as something long-term (more like temporary). Stock injectors are a bit puny, so DO NOT rely on any FMU to run past max duty cycle.

I would've upgraded to a universal AEM adjustable FPR (~$100 off of eBay). Worth it, and you wouldn't have to get rid of the FMU later on.

yup your right..
if you use the FMU "T" it with the stock regulator
and plug your BOV vacuum else where ( the nipple for the heather and A/C on the rear of the intake manifold)

It's important to conect the Line of the BOV to any place on the engine?? That conector in my BOV is totally closed.... don't pass any air through it...

I was reading up on catch cans and came across this.

http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?showtopic=8315&hl=

should i hook up the vacuum line on my bov back to a nipple i put on say the bottom side of the charge pipe close to the tb?

btw, i am using a dsm bov and random mentioned adjusting your bov to a few psi higher than what your running so i'm guessing thats not possible with my bov?
