the turbo is a fresh rebuild so i dont think its that. im also thinking i might have fould a plug because they said the cel came on and there was a slight missfire when they took it for a drive before the dyno....the dident tell me that till after the fact. mad.gif

hmmm. that doesnt seem right at all..

i would say the turbo is probably your first problem for somewhat lower numbers.. then lack of fuel management, which is probably your biggest problem.. im just not understanding, without any tuning. what is the smt6 doing besides being hooked up? do u have injector compensation setup? or anything like that (assuming its somewhat same idea as emanage) do u have ANYTHING set on the smt6, A/F corrections, any maps that are in use..

if not, thats going to hurt the overall scheme of things.. im really confused on how your AFR would be perfect, just slapping on 460cc injectors, fuel pump and a rising rate FPR and the turbo kit.. what is perfect? 12:1 11:1?? or what u think is perfect..

could also be really rich AFR, due to the untuned huge injectors, and runnin like 9:1 which would kill power. but the smaller turbo could also be past its efficiency.

i can get you a t3super 60 with 800 miles on it, just needs a rebuild. then once tuned, with that turbo at 8psi you should be ~200 whp

post up the dyno ASAP so we can look at it.

o and the misfire, could definately do it.. lol.. one dead cylinder makes for major lack of power..

Wow they dynoed it with a cylinder misfire? thats like running a foot race with a broken leg.

The extra unburnt fuel from the misfiring cylinder could have been read by the wideband and trick you into thinking the afr was good when it was not so perfect in the other cylinders.

yeah this could be a combo of a few things it looks like so im not going to dwell on it too much, but its nice to have some input....my lazy ass friends still havent sent me the dyno sheet but they send me the video just watching the video they ran my car all wrong. and im thinking the guy running the dyno that day has no clue about afr's in boosted cars. so when my car gets out here im going to spend a few hrs on the dyno tuning and ill let you guys know what the problem was.
