Ok, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the stock 2.0 ecu is better for turbo apps but i can't remember where or what the reasoning behind it was. My guess is that the 1.8 tends to lean things out, but I'm not sure. Didn't see anything in the 1.8 ecu knowledge post, but it's been awhile. Couldn't find anything through a general search either, but I could swear I've read something.

So turbo guys, what are you running (if you aren't running standalone) and why?

thanks

2.0 ecu
1 it's free already on the car
2 safer timing
3 a tad richer fuel map

Is this true even if my car is a rev A? Or would it benefit me to get a 2.0 ecu from an rd2?
