Default tiburon clutch conversion kits

I have a 2004 Tiburon GT, manual 6spd. Had to replace clutch at 22,000 miles and it's going again at 47,500. Read this isn't uncommon.
There's even a class action suit for 2003 Tibs. Don't want class action, just want car to run.

Heard about solid flywheel kits which (supposedly) solve the problem. Anybody know about this? Thanks,

I would just get a much better & stronger clutch over stock, like a stage 1 or even 2. Thats insane that it would go out twice within 20K miles of each other. Either the install went wrong, or something else is messed up with the transmission to cause it to wear out so quickly.

Yeah they have clutch problems but with the second one goin out too doesnt sound right. Who installed the second one, like V said it sounds like it wasnt installed correctly.

yep. Most had issues in 03, but what was the manufacturing date when they made whatever change they made? Maybe that 04 has an 03 "style" clutch setup. Hard to sue over something like a clutch when bad driving could factor into the failures.
