Fidanza Flywheel
okay, so what you're saying when i use this fidanza flywheel on my '97 i will NOT have to use a 3mm spacer (shim)???? I thought you guys said that i WILL have to use a spacer??? I'll be straight up, i'm a little ignorant to these measurements and what they mean. I just want to know, is the Fidanza flywheel going to work on my '97?

If it'S made for a 6/99 and later beta engine then it won't fit properly without the use of a custom "spacer/centering ring" to adapt it to your older crank style
Last time i checked with them they were making a new desing of their beta flywheel

There has been a confusion factor over the flywheel as that flywheel was made as a duplicate off an Australian 1.8 Lantra 1997 model vehicle so we are slightly confused over that.
We will be organising to purchase some 2nd hand 2000 model Tiburon and other flywheels and be offering the carbon steel flywheels in the future.
One thing to beware of though is you can go too light on a flywheel and lose out on torque which equates to slower cars.
