The video just looks like you have play in the system. The noises are from stuff hitting other stuff. Is this free play with the rest of the clutch setup connected?

Your rpms should'nt change while pushing in the clutch pedal? ,does it rev high when you push the clutch in?,if so you may have the clutch plate in backwards, or something is causing friction on the flywheel. clutch pushed and higher revs means theres friction slowing down the motor somewhere?...unless your throttel body is stuck a lil.

i have no idea i had no play when i put everything thing in before i sold it it had maybe 1/8in play no noise. im thinking maybe the TOB ears are bent somehow? i dont think the clutch fork should be damaged.

it could be in backwards then my cuzin tore the trans out within a week of owning it. he put it back together on his own. it didnt think it should in neutral tho. maybe thats causeing all of the problems.

i finished the engine off today. it was ticking, now knocking cause low oil pressure. so ill be tearing down my next day off hopefully and find my problem.

If he tried to rip the transaxle off the engine without freeing the throwout fork, it seems possible the TOB ears were bent.

Did you try to pop the tob back in like a new install? The one I referenced earlier would sorta pop out before it popped out completely.

Sounds to me that the TOB is partially popped out but not enough that you dont have a little release. That might explain the noise and the fact that the rpms change. Either way its time for a new clutch and TOB in my opinion.
