Will these fit RD2's without any major mods? I was under the impression that all those components were pretty much identical between the 2 generations.

 

Yes! they are the same for all Beta/Elantra Tiburons.

 

Quaife also has an option that works in our cars. The part number is QDH8B. This is what I've been running for years and I can attest to its durability (I've broken many a gear inside the transmission and the diff just keeps on truckin!). You'll need a Mitsubishi speedometer gear for these also.
