Unhappy 5 speed HD problems

g*d i hate my hd.... so a couple months ago i posted on the exd boards that about my 5speed giving me a hard time when shifting into 3rd... well it doesn't do it as often today it almost got me into an accident.... and last time i told the dealership they said "it was the driver, not the car"... idk what to do.... they test drove it but it didnt do it and one of these days it's going to get me into an accident...... what should i do

p.s. i don't have any money to trade in my car for a new one and i leave for basic training in 3 weeks so i kinda need it until then

oh pps when it wouldnt shift into 3rd i had to pull into a gas station and i turned the car off and then back on and it shifted normal

i see that. my automatic is a little weird between 3 and 4 but i think that is because it is switching back and forth between overdrive and regular drive. well to be specific, my car shakes between 35 and 40 mph

Drain fluid. Switch to Redline MT-90.
