I can't search for "Stage 1", "Stage 2", "Stage 3", "F1 Racing stage 2", XTR, "XTR Stage", "xtd clutch" It's really hard searching for clutches on this site.
If you wrap something in quotes, it should search for it. The rules are looking for 3 letter or less words and canceling the search though. Can we put an exception in the search?

No.
Use the Google method until they offer something better.
Go to Google.com and type in...
Site:www.rdtiburon.com (search terms)
Don't use the ()'s though. You can use "", and everything else you are used to.

it's also on the front page of the site. Works really well. Maybe we should just remove the search link from the top right, or redirect it to the google search.
edit: nevermind! saw your mention of that.

Please do not do that. I got pissed at the google search the last time i tried it and it only pulled up 1/4 of the threads the normal search did. The normal search is much better. The google search sucks but it's all that works in this case. I put no faith in the google search button.
